The Superior King Room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Soundproofing needs improvement, as street noise was disruptive.

During this christmas party. The room was comfortable and the location was perfect, close to major attractions but still quiet.

Couldn't recommend more for a budget stay

Gorgeous room, gorgeous bathroom, with a light, delicious dinner available at the bar that was perfect for a rainy night, and the helpful staff ensured a cute atmosphere.

The location near key attractions made walking to sites smooth and enjoyable. The unique architecture provided a cozy, charming atmosphere that added to the overall experience.

The bathroom facilities were less than functional. Poor water pressure in the shower made it frustrating, and the shallow sink was not practical for filling up water bottles. The breakfast options lacked variety and didn't cater to those wanting healthier choices, limited primarily to richer foods without any vegetables or cheese. The noise levels from nearby streets were also disruptive during the night, impacting sleep quality.

It was just a balanced option for a flying visit in Florence with excellent value. The breakfast had some of the best pastries that I ever tasted, making mornings special. Try to request a room away from the street to avoid noise at night.

The staff at the reception were helpful making everything so much easier . I also loved the comfy bathtub in my room which was perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring.

Breakfast was a highlight, offering an extensive array of made-to-order items, from pastries to smoked salmon. Plus, they were really accommodating with dietary requests. The staff was really good. They guided us with directions and even booked museum tickets. I did find the bathroom a bit cramped, and the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool during the heat of July. Navigating with luggage from the nearby train station was a bit challenging due to the narrow streets. I felt well taken care of .

The nearby laundry service was convenient and relatively inexpensive compared to hotel options.

The shower was fantastic, and the breakfast spread had some of the best pastries we've ever tasted. Located so close to the Galleria was a major plus! Just a heads up, the walls were a bit thin so we heard some noise. The bar area was chill.
